Our Attorneys

Vincent Johnson was born and raised in west Saint Louis County, Missouri. He attended Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. Upon graduation in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Vincent worked for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a Securities and Commodities Broker. He was accepted to the Dayton University School of Law in Dayton, Ohio, and graduated in 1995. Vincent is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri. After graduating from law school, Vincent began working for Commonwealth-TransNation Title Company as Underwriting Counsel and later entered private practice with a focus on commercial litigation and title insurance defense. In 1998, Vincent joined with his brother, Dwayne, to form The Johnson Law Firm in St. Charles, Missouri. They moved their law firm to its current location in November 2003. His practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactions as well as most of the firm's criminal and traffic matters. Vincent is a member of the First National Bank of St. Louis Advisory Board of Directors and Corporate Counsel for the St. Charles County Board of Realtors. He enjoys playing golf and coaching his children's soccer teams.
